Grace Community Church is seeking a full-time Campus Pastor to help lead our Delta campus in a deeper connection with Jesus. The Campus Pastor will develop vision for the ministry, oversee discipleship strategies, reach the lost, provide leadership for various teams and ministries, teach and preach, and supervise and develop staff to their full ministry potential. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a Lead Pastor or Associate Pastor role, a proven heart and track record for leadership and shepherding, as well as a passionate and contagious love for Jesus. Grace Delta currently has a weekly attendance of 250-300 people who are known for loving their community and reaching out beyond the walls of the church.
