Grace Community Church in Montrose, Colorado is looking for a full-time Assistant Worship Leader. The Assistant Worship Leader will assist the Worship Pastor in our weekend services with leading worship music, selecting songs for weekends, help developing team members in their gifting, overseeing and developing leaders within the youth worship team along with planning worship songs for Youth Night, scheduling team members for all worship arts teams and work closely with satellite campuses (Delta) to develop, train and foster a worship culture. He or she must be highly self-motivated, have great work ethic and come with strong vision that will align with Grace Community Church’s vision. The candidate must have a growing relationship with Jesus, a heart to see others move closer to Jesus through worship arts and at least two years’ experience leading worship for a church.

Grace Community Church in Montrose, Colorado is looking for a full-time Production Assistant. This job will consist of support in all production aspects for events at Grace Community Church including weekend worship services as well as special events scheduled. This includes support in the areas of sound, video, lighting and all things technical. The Production Assistant will also administrate social media platforms that will include content creation and communication under the supervision of the the Production Manager. He or she must have good knowledge and understanding in apple machines, mixing consoles, cameras, live sound equipment and knowledge of software such as Ableton, Lightkey and ProPresenter. The production assistant will also work closely with satellite campuses (Delta) to develop, train and foster a worship culture. This person must also be highly self-motivated, have great work ethic, work well with a collaborating team and come with strong vision that will align with the vision of Grace Community Church. The candidate must have a growing relationship with Jesus, and at least three years’ experience in church production ministry.
