Grace Community Church is seeking a half-time Outreach Director to lead Outreach staff in excellence and impact. The Outreach Director will develop and cast vision and implement strategies for serving the underserved on the Western Slope and sharing the Gospel in existing outreaches as well as areas that aren’t being effectively reached. The Outreach Director will build, inspire, train and equip dynamic Dream Team members and develop paid and unpaid staff and interns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Jesus; a proven burden for both the poor and the lost; a hunger to the see the Gospel advance; multiple years of experience in ministry; a heart and proven track record for launching or expanding ministries; solid character; and effective communication skills.
